If BT Business SDSL is available in your area you can place an order by calling us on 0800 169 3717.

When you call we'll discuss the options with you as well as make arrangements for a line plant survey to be conducted, to assess the technical requirements for your Business Broadband Advanced line*. We'll also confirm a delivery time with you.

Lead times & installation

We try to complete all orders within 11 working days. Actual times may vary depending on customer availability for appointment and any additional infrastructure shown to be required by the line plant survey.

We will contact you to arrange an appropriate time for installation. A BT engineer will visit your premises to install a socket in a suitable location, they will also test the line to ensure that it is working correctly. If you have ordered the Standard Router you will then need to plug it in and configure using the wizard.
