Wireless router	The BT Business Hub combines a modem, router, hub and wireless access point with a built-in firewall.
The BT Business Hub is included as part of Business Broadband Network and allows you to connect more than one computer to broadband and has wireless capability. The BT Business Hub is compatible with BT Business Broadband Voice. Activation & installation Your phone line will be converted to broadband on your activation date, which you can select as part of the order process. We will also send you a Welcome Pack, which includes your BT Business Hub, or BT Voyager 220V, and all the essentials required to connect to your broadband enabled line. Business Broadband Network guarantees repair within 24 hours for the standard service and 8 hours for Broadband Network Premium. Our services - access, email and hosting - are designed to be available 24 hours a day, every day. Automated programs backed by skilled engineers monitor them and additional teams are available should problems arise. The SLG covers three aspects of your service; internet connectivity, email availability and website availability. There's also a free helpline to monitor the status of our network. What is static IP address? All BT Business Broadband (ADSL) services come with dynamic IP as standard. Dynamic IP addresses are perfectly suitable for customers with basic Internet access requirements and who would use the BT Business mail servers for their incoming and outgoing e-mail. A static IP address is a unique number which gives a computer a permanent address on the Internet. What can a static IP address be used for? With BT Openzone, you can connect to the Internet at any access hotspot in cafés, hotels, stations, pubs and airports in the UK and Ireland. You will receive an email within 14 days of activation giving details of how to get your one-off voucher.
Web hosting & 10 email addresses	Get 10 email accounts (with anti-virus and anti-spam filtering), plus 50MB webspace worth £99 per year*.
10 email accounts with 'Outlook Web Access' - this means you can access your email from any internet connection, and with 10 email accounts you can easily create individual mailboxes for employees or to direct types of email e.g. sales_yourcompany@btconnect.com Web hosting - If you're not promoted on the internet there's a good chance you could be missing out on customers, so the 50mb of web space and EasySiteWizard included will help you build your business website quickly and easily.
Business Voice (VoIP)	Get a inclusive VoIP business line for both incoming and outgoing calls worth £60 per year* you or your company must have a BT Business telephone account.
Get BT Business Broadband Voice when you subscribe to BT Business Total Broadband. Make and receive VoIP calls over your Broadband line. As long as you keep the broadband connection you'll pay no rental on the new VoIP line. Broadband Voice lines can be used to make or receive voice or fax calls without the cost of installing further lines. Calls to other Broadband Voice subscribers can be made at no extra cost while calls to mobile, international, and UK calls are all capped for up to an hour. Once the VoIP line is activated, you can download the free BT Office Communicator software to make video calls, send free SMS texts, and hold conference calls or Instant Message conversations. Having installed the software you can use your VoIP line anywhere that you have a Broadband connection. The reception quality of the VoIP phone line may vary depending on Internet traffic and the number of PCs being actively used on the broadband connection.
Extranet	Share and store information online with an extranet all your employees can access worth £45 per year*.
Workspace lite provides businesses with one place to store documents allowing them to share information to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers and suppliers. Backed up daily and password controlled this secure space is ideal for an intranet to store & control process & training documents, or as an extranet to work on projects with external partners. Other features include discussion boards and sales opportunities tracking. Information on how to access your Workspace will be included in your broadband welcome email.
PC Security	'Internet Security Pack Lite' helps to protect your PC from viruses and hackers when you're online, and infected CD-ROMs when you're offline.
For additional protection against spyware, pop ups, phishing and unwanted content you can simply upgrade for just £4.99 (exc. VAT) per month per licence. Information on how to download this software will be included in your broadband welcome email.
0800 or 0844 number rental	Making a good first impression counts, so having an 0800 or 0844 number for business can help give your potential customers the confidence to call you.
Get 12 months worth of number rental on a 0800 or 0844 number when you sign up to BT Business Total Broadband. Having an 0800 number allows your customers to call you for free and you pay the call charges. An 0844 number incurs no call charges to you, the caller pays. What it costs There is no charge for your 0800 (or 0844) number for the first 12 months, thereafter you'll only pay £30.00 per quarter (ex VAT). That's just £10 per month for a great way for your customers to contact you with a number they can recognise instantly. With 0800 numbers it's free for your customers to call you from a BT landline, as you pay for the call instead - which is just 4.98 pence per minute (ex VAT). For 0844 numbers your customers can call you for the fixed rate of 4.26 pence per minute (ex VAT) when calling from a BT landline. There is a minimum call charge of 5.02 pence per minute (ex VAT). How to order your free number Details of how to apply for your 0800 or 0844 number will be contained in your broadband welcome email. BT will confirm acceptance of the order by email which will include the 0800 or 0844 number and the estimated service start date. Available to New BT Business Total Broadband customers or existing customers who re-sign or upgrade to BT Business Total Broadband. Limited to one 0800 or 0844 number per customer. Please note that it can take up to seven days for new telephone numbers to be registered on the availability checker. If you have had a new phone line installed and are having problems with our availability checker then please call Freefone 0800 032 8498 to place your broadband order.

All prices exclude VAT. Standard Business Broadband terms and conditions apply. After completion of this order, if the request is cancelled before activation we may apply cancellation charges as laid down in the service Terms and Conditions.

1. Opt-in required. Minimum 12 or 24 month term required. 250 minutes a month provided during minimum term only. One-off voucher will provide for all minutes available during the minimum term (3,000 or 6,000). Only one voucher per BT Business Total Broadband connection. Wireless-enabled equipment required. Minutes can be used in hotspots, subject to coverage. Conditions apply.

2. Factors affecting speed also include local availability and line test. If your line will not support up to 8Mbps, we'll offer the best available speed on your line. Existing Business Broadband customers: A new 12 month term will start from the date of your regrade. The timing of your regrade will depend on the level of demand for up to 8Mb download speeds.
