BT Business Broadband - Special Offer Terms & Conditions - 90 day Opt out
1. This offer is open to all UK businesses who place an order for BT Business Broadband between 28th January 2008 and 31st May 2008 and agree an activation date. Activation must take place within one month of order placement.
2. The offer covers free line activation plus inclusive equipment (except for Option 1 for which equipment is subject to a charge). The monthly rental payment remains the same.
3. Eligible customers can opt out and cancel the agreement within 90 days from and including the date of activation. A minimum of 90 days rental charges must be paid and any monies charged and paid for the period after shall be refunded in the same or subsequent bill after opt-out. The price of the inclusive equipment shall also be charged on opt-out.
4. If the customer does not contact BT with their BT Business Broadband account details to cancel the order within the 90 days from and including the date of activation no refunds shall be made and the standard minimum rental period of 12 months (or 24 months as applicable) shall apply from date of activation.
5. Any Value Added Service applied for as part of the BT Business Broadband provision will not qualify for the 90 days cancellation offer and will therefore be subject to the minimum term relevant to that service.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other BT offer.
7. The standard terms and conditions for the relevant BT Business Broadband product will apply except as amended by these terms.
8. This offer shall not apply to orders for regrades and re-signs.
