Business Hub photo competition terms and conditions
1. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of BT, its agencies or their families. Only one entry per person.
2. There is one prize: a Fuji FinePix 5600 5.1mp digital camera.
3. The prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. Entries must be made by sending an email to hubpics@btconnect.com with your contact details (including your e-mail address) on or before 31st March 2007. Alternatively you may enter the prize draw by sending your contact details (including your e-mail address) on or before the 31st March 2007 to Business Hub Photo Competition, PP 301B, BT High Holborn Offices, 199-204 High Holborn, London WC1V 7BU. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Damaged, incomplete or illegible entries may be treated as invalid.
6. The winners will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person on 10th April 2007 (date of prize draw).
7. The winners will be notified by email on or before 13th April 2007.
8. The name of the prize winner may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to Business Hub Photo Competition, PP 301B, BT High Holborn Offices, 199-204 High Holborn, London WC1V 7BU on or before 20th April 2007.
9. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
10. No cash alternative will be offered for the prize.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
