Featureline and Featureline Compact come with handy call management features such as Call Diversion, Three-way calling and Call Waiting. These easy to use features could make handling your communications a lot more simple and cost effective.

From just £14.80 per month you and your business can benefit from these and more fantastic features. If you already have a standard business phone line, conversion is free on 3 and 5 year contracts.

You don't need any new equipment to use these great features as they're all programmed on your line from the BT exchange. What you will need to remember is to dial "9" prior to making an external call.

If you order a single line, you can choose to have Call Minder rent free until 31st December 2009.

Call Minder is an answering service that allows you to:

• Personalise you're your greeting
• Listen to your messages from any phone, so you can keep in touch when you're out of the office or on the move
• Set up a ring you back if a message has been left for you whilst your phone has been engaged

Call Minder is normally £7.50 a quarter.

1. This special offer provides free rental on Call Minder as follows:

(a) A single line business customer who signs a new contract with BT for BT Business PSTN, Featureline, Featureline Compact or Featureline Corporate between 1st September 2008 and 31st December 2009 (inclusive) will receive the Call Minder product rental free up to the 31st December 2009. The free rental period on Call Minder will commence from the date that Call Minder is provided on the new line.; and

(b) existing single line business customers with BT Business PSTN, Featureline, Featureline Compact or Featureline Corporate with or without Call Minder who request the special offer between 1st September 2008 and 31st December 2009 (inclusive) will receive the Call Minder product rental free up to the 31st December 2009. The free rental period on Call Minder will commence from the date that the customer requests the special offer.

c) No Minimum Period applies to the Call Minder product.

d) If the customer retains the product after the 31st December 2009 then standard charges for Call Minder, as set out in the BT Price List, will apply (monthly cost of £7.50 per quarter (ex. VAT).

e) BT's standard terms and conditions for Call Minder will apply in addition to the terms set out in this notice.

f) Customers who place an order for Call Minder via an automated telephone order process are not eligible for free Call Minder rental under this Special Offer and will be charged the standard rate.

g) BT reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
