When switched on the Out of office assistant sends an email reply automatically - you personalise the message to let them know when you can respond, or give them an alternative contact.
  
  
• Set rules & filters - keep on top of your priority emails, filter them out to a specific folder or automatically forward them to a colleague to deal with.
  
  
• Offline client - Make more use of 'dead' time when you can't get connected to the internet such as train journeys. The Outlook 2007 client on your laptop means you can read, compose and delete emails that are in your inbox or personal folders - ready to send as soon as you log on to an internet connection.

System requirements:
BT Business Email plus Organise & Share requires Microsoft Outlook 2007, for which the minimum system requirement is a PC running Microsoft Windows XP with the latest Service Pack

* Storage used is the total of all emails, contacts, tasks and all folders. Additional storage over the initial standard allocation per product can be purchased at £1.50p per 100Mb on an individual per mailbox basis up the maximum per product as detailed above.

** For this option you will need Broadband internet access and Windows XP SP2 in order to download and install a free copy of Microsoft Outlook 2007 from BT. This will ensure that you benefit from the full capability of BT Business Email plus Organise & Share
