Getting the service
What you need
To get BT Call Minder Multi all you need is a PSTN landline from BT along with a BT Mobile. The service is open to both new and existing customers.
Billing
There is no charge for this service, so no bill to worry about. Message retrieval is free from your BT Business landline. Standard message retrieval costs apply from your BT Mobile or BT Fusion phone.†
Ordering
Simply call 0800 028 2327 from your landline and follow the prompts on our automated system. You'll soon be enjoying all the benefits of BT Call Minder Multi.
Once you have completed the automated registration you will be sent a confirmation letter and user guide in the post. You may also download a user guide from www.BT.com/userguides.
