Special Offer - £100 credit on your bill

The special offer is £100 credit on your mobile bill for all connections of Talk time (inclusive minutes) on 24 month contracts until 30^th June 2008

Customers will get a credit on their mobile bill in month 13 of their 24 month contract. This credit can be used for mobile line rental /calls and will be carried forward each month until the credit is used.

Unlimited email

Reasonable usage policy applies for unlimited email. Maximum of 100Mb per month. Any data above 100Mb per month will be charges at the standard rate of 200p per Mb.

Inclusive minutes

Applies to 01, 02, 03 and 07 numbers (whilst caller and recipient in the UK) and calls to the Republic of Ireland, USA and Canada. Excludes roaming numbers and Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Terms and conditions apply.

Unlimited SMS

Get unlimited SMS for £3.50 - no extra cost for the first 3 months of your contract. Reasonable Usage Policy applies. After 3 months, you can either continue with unlimited SMS at a cost of £3.50 per month in addition to your monthly rental or you can cancel this add on by simply contacting BT Mobile by

• calling the number specified in your welcome pack
• Email mobile.care@bt.com requesting the service be cancelled and stating your name, address and mobile number.

Unlimited SMS usage in the UK only, does not include international, roaming and premium rate SMS and is subject to BT's reasonable use policy as set out below.

Unlimited calls to BT mobiles on your account

Applies to calls to any BT mobiles on your company account, when both caller and recipient are in the UK. Exclusions and Reasonable Use Policy applies.

Unlimited calls to 10 of your BT office numbers

Applies to any calls when both caller and recipient are in the UK. Reasonable Use Policy applies.

10 BT office landlines will be the BT Business Exchange Lines or Featurelines registered to your main site. BT will automatically add these numbers to your account, you can change these for BT numbers at other sites by calling the number specified on your welcome pack.

Reasonable Use Policy

BT's Reasonable Use Policy - Unlimited voice calls and unlimited SMS described above are available on the basis of reasonable business use which is expected to be:

i)   for voice calls - below 10,000 minutes per month per connection;

ii)   for SMS - below 3,000 texts per month per subscription

iii)   for email - below 100Mb per subscription

If the customer's usage exceeds the above reasonable business use parameters BT may:

i)   monitor and investigate the customer's usage; and

ii)   suspend and/or withdraw the service from any individual SIM card, or all SIM cards.

BT reserves the right to modify the above classification of reasonable business use on 28 days' written notice.
