What is BT Office Anywhere?

BT Office Anywhere brings you a big advance in remote and flexible working. Office Anywhere is a Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 and Wi-fi enabled Mobile device that gives you real-time access to your emails¹, contacts and calendar, AND the option of unlimited VoIP calls to UK³ landlines when you're out and about in range of thousands BT Openzone/The Cloud Wi-fi hotspot (e.g. Cafes, airports, train stations, hotels) or any Wi-fi location, even in the office or at home.4 So wherever you are, you're in touch and productive all with one device.

Office Anywhere gives a choice of inclusive² or Pay as you use minutes for single - or multiple users, so you can use the service in your business with confidence.

BT Business Email¹ gives you a professional Microsoft Outlook service is ideal with Office Anywhere. It gives you a push email service, and lets you synchronise your PC Outlook calendar, contacts and tasks with your Office Anywhere handset in real time when you're out of the office. 1. Email facility hosted by BT is optional for an additional cost of £7.50 per month. If you do not want BT to host your email you will need Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP2^TM.

2. Applies to calls to 01, 02, 03 and 07 numbers only. Excludes Channel Islands and Roaming. Any unused minutes may be carried forward for one month only.

3. Applies to calls over the Internet of up to an hour to numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03, excluding the Channel Islands. After one hour, calls will be charged at 3.5p per minute (ex VAT). Pence per minute rates apply once the total number of capped calls from any one line to a single number exceeds an average of 4 hours per day in any calendar month. Non-BT Directory enquiries and Operator calls unavailable. Conditions and abuse policy apply.

4. Subscription to BT Openzone or other access provider may be required for access to public Wi-Fi hotspots for data access. BT Openzone access is available on a Pay-as-you-use basis (20p per minute), or in packages of 500 minutes a month (£5) and 4,000 minutes a month (£25).

5. A set-up fee of 3p or 9p applies to international calls, plus pence-per-minute charging until cap is reached on calls of up to an hour.
